Spend time with patients who have limited time and make a difference.
- Companionship/ Support: Share time with patients nearing the end of their life.
- Reading/Writing/Games: Read a book, journal with a patient, play a board game, share time.
- Life review/Sharing Experiences: listen to stories of life experiences, share stories, sharing experiences.
- Special Activities: Petals for Patients, Music therapy, Essential Oils
- Companionship/ Support: being able to share the hospice journey with someone is truly a gift and an honor
Hospice volunteers make a real impact on the lives of patients and their families. Working with people nearing the end of life gives many hospice volunteers a sense of fulfillment, an appreciation for life and death, and an understanding of what really matters.

Description
LIEM Hospice was started in 2021 with the goal of providing Hospice care throughout L.A. County. We started small with a small group of people with over 100 years of combined hospice experience. We work with all of our referral sources including medical groups, health plans, and hospitals to provide compassionate and loving care to our patients and their families.
