We're looking for volunteers who love museums, art, culture and/or science! We have a wide range of volunteer opportunities in public programs, special events, retail, membership, marketing, gardening/botany, collections and research, education and more! Learn to give tours or work behind-the-scenes--whatever fits your personality and interests.
Possible volunteer activities include:
-Helping at festivals
-Bartending
-Working in the giftshop
-Data entry
-Posting flyers around town
-Leading field trip activities
-Conducting surveys
-Editing research papers or grant applications
-Greeting visitors
-Working in the gardens or the botany lab

Description
The Museum of Northern Arizona (MNA) is a private, non-profit, educational institution located in Flagstaff, Arizona at the base of the beautiful San Francisco Peaks. The Museum was founded in 1928 by a group of Flagstaff citizens to protect and preserve the natural and cultural heritage of northern Arizona through research, collections, conservation, and education.
The Museum has evolved into a regional center of learning with collections, exhibits, educational programs, publications, and research projects that serve thousands of people each year. MNA is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums.
