From the comfort of your home, you can assist in reducing social isolation and its health impacts in older adults. By making calls to older adults once a week, you can help ease social isolation, increase connectedness and support older adults in the community!

Calls last approximately 20 minutes or less and are done from the comfort of your home. Volunteers work with their assigned older adults to schedule the best time for weekly calls.
