Our mission at the American Heart Association is Building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
Our big Tacoma Heart and Stroke Walk is coming up on the morning of Sat Sept 28 at Cheney Stadium (Rainiers baseball). We always need volunteers for that in the morning 8am-1pm to setup, run booths, cheer on walkers and survivors, and cleanup. These Walks are always fun and high energy and leave you feeling so positive about the support for heart and brain health. Let us know if you’re interested, 8am to 1pm (or a time in between) by emailing Puget.sound@heart.org!
