Become a mentor for refugee youth in your community!

The ReConnect program pairs youth refugees, ages 15-24, with a volunteer to gain work and school experience through mentorship. Mentors are assigned 1-2 mentees and must make a 1 year commitment to the program. Mentors meet with their mentee once a month and have weekly check ins via text or email.

Founded in 1956, Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas is a ministry of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas.
