Are you a musician with a passion to give back? Capital Hospice and Palliative Care is looking for artists like you. Our patients either live at their home, or in long-term care settings.
When words fail us, music is always there. As a music volunteer, you will help patients and families from all walks of lives reconnect with their emotions and cherished memories through the use of music. Not only does a beautiful melody bring the patients a sense of comfort and happiness, but hearing a familiar song, hymn or even a jingle could make a patient's whole day.
As a volunteer with Capital Hospice and Palliative Care, we provide you with personal training, individual support, a personally crafted schedule that meets your needs, and a chance to make someone’s day brighter.
If you are interested in hearing more about the Music Volunteer position, please do not hesitate to reach out to Sierra Brady, Volunteer Coordinator, at sbrady@capitalhpc.com or (630)-581-5492.
