ORGANIZATION: Portland Open Bible Community Pantry

  • 18 people are interested

Portland Open Bible Community Pantry is seeking volunteer client navigators to help us grow our food box delivery program and help those in need.

As a volunteer client navigator, you will:

  • Return phone calls from clients and ensure that they meet our qualifications for the delivery program.
  • Help clients find other resources if they do not meet our qualifications.
  • Talk with clients and provide them with emotional support.

This is a work-from-home volunteer opportunity that requires access to the internet and basic computer skills. No prior experience is necessary.

The volunteer position is highly rewarding. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people who are struggling to put food on the table. You will also get to be a listening ear for clients who may not have anyone else to talk to.

If you are interested in volunteering as a client navigator, please contact us by submitting a volunteer application at pobcpantry.com
