We are looking for a part time/ flexible hours person or team to put back the "heart and soul" into our new website for United for Health. When the updated site was loaded onto Word Press.com, the designer launched it omitting all the captivating photos of our services, clients and compelling text!! You can check it out at unitedforhealth.org.
We worked hard to build our reputation in our Bay Area community and want to convey our caring and compassion on our website. We need folks with website building/ managing skills to help us bring back the humanity to the site! If interested in helping us, please let us know and we will set up a phone interview asap.

Mission Statement
United for Health since 1999 has provided quality education, information, and accessibility to direct services for youth and adults to better their health and wellbeing. Our services include youth specific projects that incorporate peer counselors and educators to further motivate clients to seek help and get peer support simultaneously. All services are free to the young clients and confidential, eliminating any barriers to treatment.
Description
The scope of our work at United for Health includes treatment for substance abuse, general health, pain, nutrition, mental health symptoms such as depression, anxiety, ADD ,ADHD and bipolar conditions, anger management and self esteem issues.
The modalities of treatment are acupuncture, group and individual counseling sessions. Support groups involving professional health practitioners and peer educators take place on a weekly basis.
The acupuncture component consists of group treatments for chemical dependency, anxiety, depression and anger control. This is a 5 day a week activity to promote consistency and sobritty.
