The Komen Dallas North Texas Race for the Cure is made possible by an amazing team of volunteers who help make this event a success. Our event day volunteers are individuals who are passionate about the fight against breast cancer and want to lend a hand on Friday, October 18 and Saturday, October 19, at The Campus at Legacy (5360 Legacy Dr. Plano, TX) to help us make the Race a success from start to finish! There are many ways to get involved at this year’s Race and ensure it’s a day to remember!

Ways to Get Involved on Event Day:

  • Check-in and register participants
  • Commemorative Komen wrap distribution
  • Man various event tents: Hope Village, VIP, Pillars, We Remember, etc.
  • Monitor the course
  • Set up and/or tear down before and after the event
