Hello all,
We hope this post finds you in great spirits! We are currently searching for 2-4 remarkable individuals who who possess some teaching/teachers aide/assistant experience and meets the following criteria and can demonstrate consistent commitment on a monthly basis, once per month. If you possess the following qualities and are willing to dedicate your time and effort, we'd love to hear from you:
Criteria:
- Provides support to other staff members/team leader to ensure a safe and stimulating educational environment.
- Assists the staff in planning and preparation for daily activities; aids instructional efforts of staff/company.
- Assists the staff in preparing lesson outlines, plans, and curricula in assigned areas.
- Plans, prepares, and develops various staff aids for use in classroom, including activity sheets, drawings, and similar handouts.
- Presents subject matter to participants, on your own or under the guidance of a qualified staff member, utilizing a variety of methods including stories, discussions, and role playing.
- Leads classroom activities.
- Assists participants, individually or in groups, with lesson assignments to present or reinforce learning concepts.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
This is a voluntary position, and it's crucial that all applicants are aware that there is NO compensation associated with this role. The primary reward lies in the satisfaction of contributing to something meaningful and making a positive impact on all participants of Lunch Box Dreams the Mentoring Program.

Lunch Box Dreams is a Mentoring Program in which our mission is to encourage, educate, and empower the youth in the urban community through the arts, to make positive and righteous decisions that will lead to a positive outcome.
Description
The Lunch Box Dreams Mentoring Program is a non-profit organization established in July 2014. It was founded by James Washington Jr., the visionary Founder and Executive Director. With a deep passion for empowering and inspiring young individuals through artistic expressions within the local community, James recognized a purpose-driven calling. Motivated by his love for seizing opportunities, he embarked on the creation of Lunch Box Dreams, aspiring to ignite the artistic aspirations of the next generation in various domains such as art, music, dance, film, and fashion. Our program is dedicated to serving boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 18, offering comprehensive support in the areas of family values, life skills, and education, which constitute our primary focus.
