We're looking for volunteers to help build our toilets. Volunteers can join for all or some of each four-day build session; two days of building, a day of painting, and a day of installation in the field. Some building experience is helpful but not necessary; more useful is comfort using power tools and a willingness to take direction.

Creating equitable toilet access for those without, in service of community and environmental health
Description
Toilet Equity is a nonprofit working to improve toilet equity for those who lack equitable toilet access. Currently, we are building compost toilets along the Colorado River corridor in Grand Junction, Colorado, primarily for use by the unhoused community. We are looking for volunteers to help us build and maintain these toilets!
