Volunteer Translator for Culinary Training Program will provide translation to students in classes when needed. Chef Instructor will provide training in English and translator will insure students understand in either Mandarin or Cantonese. Classes are Monday - Friday 8 am - 2 pm.

Will accept volunteers that can provide support at least one day per week

About the Program:
For more than 30 years, CASL’s Culinary Training Program has successfully trained and placed over 1,500 students in culinary positions. We place our student graduates in high-end establishments with employee benefits. Students of the Culinary Training Program learn Western-style culinary techniques from our accomplished Chef Instructor.
