Do you enjoy capturing people's stories?
Are you a good editor?
As a Legacy Hospice Volunteer, you can be an incredible blessing to a patient and family by listening to and transcribing a patient's life story. This meaningful work has a long lasting impact and brings joy to many.
Needed is an ability to listen well and type; formatting a plus, but assistance will be available. Travel to a patient's home or facility required. Hours are flexible and vary on each project. We offer extensive training on end-of-life, generous support from staff and TONS of appreciation from patients and families!
Beyond Hospice is an affiliate of Episcopal Homes supporting hospice patients and their families living in their homes or facilities, including Pillars Hospice home in Oakdale. Let us know if you like to explore this opportunity, contact us today at: bhvolunteers@episcopalhomes.org
