CodePath Technical Interview Week (August 14th-18th) helps underrepresented CS students practice their technical interview skills in Java, Python or C++ with an experienced engineer and gain feedback for improvement. CodePath provides an interview question bank with sample answers and a technical interview feedback guide.
Each volunteer is able to choose their own time and date to volunteer. The minimum time commitment is 1 hour. The interview will consist of 40 minutes for coding and 20 minutes for feedback.
What is provided to you:
- Mock Interview Question Bank: CodePath provides a list of coding questions you can use for the technical interview AND an answer key for each question
- Feedback Guide: CodePath provides a rubric on how to give students feedback on their technical interviewing skills in communication, problem solving, and algorithms
