Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Programs: Oversee our small business programs, focusing on both products and services.
- Train Students: Equip our neurodiverse students with essential small business skills using a provided curriculum.
- Person-Centered Practices: Implement person-centered approaches, including conducting mid-year and end-of-year reviews.
- Program Operations: Manage and complete all processes related to program operations.
Teaching and Mentorship:
- Shadowing and Mentorship: New class leads will have the opportunity to shadow experienced leads and receive guidance from a dedicated mentor.
- Curriculum-Based Teaching: Deliver lessons based on a comprehensive, provided curriculum.
- Review Cycles: Conduct mid-year and end-of-year reviews to assess student progress and program effectiveness.

Description
We train differently abled youth in vocational skills based on their interests and abilities. From our humble beginnings in 2012 with one training program, we
now offer multiple streams of vocational training programs and job placement services to differently abled youth.
