Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Programs: Oversee our small business programs, focusing on both products and services.

• Person-Centered Practices: Implement person-centered approaches, including conducting mid-year and end-of-year reviews.
• Program Operations: Manage and complete all processes related to program operations.

Teaching and Mentorship:

• Shadowing and Mentorship: New class leads will have the opportunity to shadow experienced leads and receive guidance from a dedicated mentor.
• Curriculum-Based Teaching: Deliver lessons based on a comprehensive, provided curriculum.
• Review Cycles: Conduct mid-year and end-of-year reviews to assess student progress and program effectiveness.
