About Seasons Hospice

Location:

6532 E. 71st St., Suite 101, Tulsa, OK 74133, US

Mission Statement

Seasons Hospice exists to provide symptom control and support for persons in the last phases of incurable disease so they may live as fully and as comfortably as possible. Seasons Hospice recognizes dying as part of the normal process of living and focuses on maintaining the quality of remaining life. Seasons Hospice exists in the hope and belief that, through appropriate care and the support of a caring community sensitive to their needs, terminally ill patients and their families may be free to attain a degree of mental and spiritual preparation for death that is satisfactory to them. Seasons Hospice offers palliative care to all terminally ill patients and support to those patients and their families without regard for diagnosis, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, race, creed, disability, age, place of residence, or ability to pay.

Description

Seasons Hospice provides a holistic approach in working with terminal patients and their families. Seasons Hospice consists of a physician, RN's, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers who work together to best meet the needs of the terminally ill. We provide pain management and symptom control. We also care about the emotional and spiritual well-being of the patients and their families. We offer bereavement services to families after the death of a loved one.
