Event volunteers assist during our events on an as-needed basis, and participate based on their availability and interest in the tasks that a particular event entails. Descriptions for the volunteer roles will be emailed to our pool of volunteers before each event. Volunteers can choose which role they sign up for.

Some examples of volunteer activities include being an event greeter, being servers during tea events, assisting at craft tables or vintage game stations, helping with event setup/breakdown, staffing the warming kitchen, or helping oversee the museum to make sure visitors are respecting museum property.

If you’re interested in becoming an event volunteer, please apply and we'll add you to our volunteer pool mailing list. We will reach out as opportunities open up. If you have any particular roles of interest (see examples mentioned above), please let us know!
