Volunteers provide much needed support within the Resource Management division at the park - the program goals for these positions are to enhance the stewardship of natural and cultural resource programs consistent with the mission of the National Park Service and to provide enriching experiences for a diverse group of volunteers. Assist park staff or non-NPS researchers with approved projects in the park, which may include:
- Invasive Plant Management
- Vegetation Management (weeding)
- Maintaining pollinator garden plots
- Trail monitoring
Please note the park is flexible on hours/days that a volunteer can work at the park.
