Every week SEAMAAC helps more than a thousand families in South Philly, many of whom are immigrants and refugees, put food on the table. To keep doing our work, we are looking for volunteers for our Food Pantry and Elders Delivery programs. We are especially looking for volunteers with language skills in Mandarin, Spanish, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Khmer and Arabic!
SEAMAAC's mission is to support and serve immigrants, refugees, and other politically, socially, and economically marginalized communities as they seek to advance the condition of their lives in the United States. We provide a wide array of direct services to anyone who needs it. We take an active approach to building community leadership through education, organizing and advocacy.
