iMiracleProject is looking for a detail-oriented Volunteer Activities Manager who resides in the Seattle area to join our team. We are a growing non-profit organization dedicated to providing aid and resources to individuals from Ukraine.
Tasks:
- Coordinate volunteers for local events and projects
- Organize volunteer events to engage volunteers
Requirements:
- 1-year experience in administration/operations/project management or recruiting
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of others
- Technical savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Excel)
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Team player
- Volunteer leadership or management experience in a non-profit organization is preferred but not required.

iMiracleProject Ukraine Relief Fund ( https://www.imiracleproject.org): We work with the community to generate funding and in-kind donations to provide vital supplies, food, clothing, and medical supplies through our trusted coordinators in and near the war zone in Ukraine. We also provide refugee and immigrant support services to newcomers from Ukraine to Washington state. Since March 2022, we’ve collected over $2M in cash and in-kind contributions and helped over 50,000 Ukrainian war victims.
