Become a Cinema Event Volunteer at TCAN (The Center for Arts in Natick)!

Event Volunteers typically arrive an hour prior to the start time of the movie screening and help prepare the Cinema Room and concession area for guests. You may be asked to greet and seat our patrons as an usher, sell concessions, or assist with ticketing or will-call in our box office. Event staff stay for about 30 minutes following the show to help clean up the space and common areas, and ready the Cinema Room for the next screening. An orientation and training session is required prior to starting.

Movie screenings at TCAN are generally scheduled on weeknight evenings, Tuesday - Thursday, with a usual showtime of 7:30pm. Volunteers are invited to attend the movie screening free of charge, but may be asked to provide service to patrons throughout the screening.
