We are seeking a dedicated and patient volunteer to serve as leader for a group of students (refugee and immigrant adults) who are interested in learning about American music.

As a volunteer in this role, you will teach one class a week, online, at at day/time that is convenient for you, for at least 6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

  • You will teach one class a week, at at day/time that is convenient for you, for at least 6 weeks
  • You will create the lessons, with the assistance of our education coordinator if needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 1 hour per week
  • Proficiency in English and knowledge of American culture
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Access to reliable internet connection and video conferencing software
