We are seeking a dedicated and patient volunteer to serve as leader for a group of students (refugee and immigrant adults) who are interested in learning about American music.
As a volunteer in this role, you will teach one class a week, online, at at day/time that is convenient for you, for at least 6 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- You will teach one class a week, at at day/time that is convenient for you, for at least 6 weeks
- You will create the lessons, with the assistance of our education coordinator if needed
Requirements:
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 1 hour per week
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of American culture
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Access to reliable internet connection and video conferencing software
