Transporting animals from the rescue center to the vet requires attention to detail and careful execution. The transporter must skillfully place each animal in their designated carriers, ensuring they are secure and comfortable for the journey. Additionally, they should collect and organize all necessary paperwork and information from the vet, such as medical records or medication instructions. During transportation, the driver must exercise caution and drive carefully to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals, avoiding sudden movements and maintaining a soothing environment. Their diligence and meticulousness contribute to a successful and stress-free vet transport experience.
You will be needed for morning drop off (8:30am) and afternoon pick up (5:30pm) during weekdays especially.

Mission Statement
Every day, healthy Chicago land companion animals, and animals all across America, are being destroyed because far too many are not finding a home. We want to help make Chicago a model "NO KILL" city where every adoptable companion animal can find a good home. And by doing so, help influence the way other cities care for their companion animals. We passionately believe it can - and must - be done. We believe that responsible stewardship of Chicago land's companion animals is an imperative. And that it can happen if we all work together with this common goal.
