Hello!
We are June's Senior Cat Rescue, and we are a 501c3 nonprofit. We provide sanctuary for senior cats for the rest of their lives. We are a small organization that has grown a lot in the past couple of years and we need help with managing our finances. In the past, we used Excel spreadsheets, but we would like to use online QuickBooks, so that financial information can be shared easier. But we don't know how to get started and how QuickBooks work. We need someone who can help us set up QuickBooks and also manage it for us.
We are looking for someone with experience with online QuickBooks who can manage our finances and help us create reports, etc. It would be helpful if this person could also train members of our team to use QuickBooks and have good communication skills.
In addition, we would like this person could file our 990-EZ form each year too.
We are excited to be growing our organization and hope we can find the right person to help us.

We are an all-volunteer, no-kill senior cat rescue who rescues senior cats from high kill shelters or when their owners have died or no longer able to care for them.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18
- In the beginning until everything is set up, the time commitment could be 10 hours a month (not really sure how long setting up QuickBooks takes). After that, it should only be a couple hours a month.
- Must have experience with QuickBooks and working as a treasurer with other organizations. Must be reliable and able to meet the needs of the organization. We are working hard to save cats and to grow our so this role is very important.
