No medical training? No problem!
To become a hospice volunteer, all you need is a compassionate heart. Our volunteer training will teach you everything you need to know to be a companion for someone during their end-of-life journey. You’ll learn valuable skills in grief counseling, spiritual and emotional support, and end-of-life care. Every person has a gift, we want to help yours make an impact and shine.

"When I realized that a lot of people die alone, it broke my heart. As a hospice volunteer, I have the opportunity to put smiles on faces jut by helping to put a puzzle together, watch a TV show, or just share stories. The reward is the smiles on their faces, the bonds that we form, and knowledge that we gain, and I wouldn’t trade that." - Nadja P.

Not for you? Wrong town? Our volunteer coordinators will help you match your talents with opportunities in your area.
