Help build customer relationships and loyalty by creating a welcoming and professional environment at The Salon in Lee’s Summit.
The front desk assistant works in the lobby, answering incoming calls, processing payments and interacting face-to-face with clients. The customer service role is behind-the-scenes, following up with clients by phone, updating records, etc. You’ll also interact with our groomers, who are Pawsperity graduates, in a positive and supportive way.
By keeping the salon running smoothly, you'll help our groomers serve more clients, which improves their own financial security and allows Pawsperity to funnel more resources back to the non-profit Grooming School.

Pawsperity is the nation's only non-profit dog grooming school. Our mission is to end generational poverty through job training in the art of pet grooming. Our students, largely single parents, receive hands-on job training in this booming field, power skills courses, case management, food assistance, and a myriad of other services to ensure they and their families can thrive.
