Thank You for Your Interest in Volunteering at T he Lord's Gym Kids Mud Run 2023!
The Lord's Gym Kids Mud Run is an incredible FREE outdoor event for kids aged 4-17 in Butte County and beyond. Kids get to run in the mud and have fun, overcome challenges on the obstacle course, and build confidence. Family elements, such as family heats and games, help further our goal of blessing children to bond with their families and create wonderful memories that last a lifetime.
This year, we anticipate having over 3,000 runners sign up plus more than 8,000 family members and friends come as spectators. It takes hundreds of volunteers to put on this event, so we cannot do it without YOU!!
Some areas we need help with include:
Parking, Bathroom detail, Greeting, Obstacle Course help, EMT/Medics, Life Guards

Description
Father's House Restoration Ministries (FHRM) is a unique collection of Nonprofit Businesses located in Oroville, California that exist to fund community transformation. Every FHRM business is volunteer-run, with all profits going to projects that serve the most vulnerable in our community. Current businesses include The Lord's Gym Oroville, Yoville Yogurts, Restored Boutique and Helping Hands Work Crew.
We fund a variety of local and international charities that benefit at-risk youth and children, the homeless and those below the poverty line, the elderly and those struggling with addiction. Our vision is to grow to become a backbone of financial support for key charities that have real success in transforming the lives of the most broken in our society. We aim to raise up a generation of leaders in business and ministry who are willing to give up their time and energy to rescue the lives of others, and through them to influence the world.
We also host and co-sponsor two FREE large community events yearly Free Lords Gym Kids Mud Run, https://www.lordsgymmudrun.com/ and Lights of Hope https://www.changeoroville.org/lights-of-hope
