Description

Centric Hospice has locations in Plano, Greenville, and Sherman Texas. While the company staff focuses on providing quality and dignity at the end of life, volunteers have many opportunities for both hands on and hands off volunteering.

Direct Volunteering: A direct volunteer would spend time with patients and provide hands on assistance, such as; reading, painting, providing a comforting presence, going for walks, playing games, but the ideas are endless.

Administrative Volunteering: An administrative volunteer would assist with office work in our Plano office or from their own home. This type of assistance could be writing/sending cards/letters, sewing blankets/scarfs, assembling packets, participating in health fairs as booth attendees, and assisting volunteer coordinator with any additional office work.
