The International Peace Garden welcomes volunteers to support our 2024 "Worker Bee" program.
We have four designated volunteer days, as follows:June 29th:

We also have opportunities for group workdays and individual hours of service every day of the week.
We welcome individuals, athletic teams, clubs, and organizations. We ask that children under 16 be accompanied by a parent or adult. Let us know how you would like to help, when you are available, and we can identify projects that align with your interests.
Volunteer opportunities include tour guides, informational greeters, general maintenance handyperson (painting and small repairs like picnic tables, etc.), garden helpers, front gate workers, and event support (membership table, ushers, ticket takers, and children's activities).
You will receive free admission to the International Peace Garden when you enter the garden to volunteer, 15% off any purchase at the Peace Garden Gift Shop and the Peace Café, and for every 15 hours of volunteering, you will be entered into a draw for a one-night stay at one of our cabins, to be used from Oct. 15/24 to Apr. 14/25.
We will work with you to find the perfect "volunteer" fit to support the International Peace Garden, as we work together to make the International Peace Garden a beautiful place for everyone who works, plays or visits.

The International Peace Garden is a destination committed to enhancing art, culture, education and recreation while supporting peace and friendship among nations.
For nearly 90 years, the Peace Garden has served as a model to the world of peace and friendship among nations. It is a botanical garden located on the border of North Dakota and Manitoba and is home to forests, lakes, prairies, formal gardens, monuments and museums. It hosts a variety of educational activities and events, along with caring for the nearly 2300 acres of grounds and flowers, as well as over 100 buildings.
