The Brooklyn Hospital Center is looking bright, committed individual/volunteers who are passionate about patient safety and would like to work with the Infection Control Department to help prevent infection and improve patient outcomes.
Opportunity Description
- Healthcare or clinical experience preferred, but is not required
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to interact with patients and staff
- Conduct IC related rounds on all units
- Participate in the Hand Hygiene Program
- Computer/data entry skills preferred
- Assigned other IC related duties as appropriate
Training
- Training will be provided by the IC Department
