Volunteers United/AmeriCorps Seniors Program is a program of United Way that recruits volunteers for non-profit agencies in Martin County.
The mission of the organization where this opportunity is located is to provide better care of the sick, investigation into their problems and further education of those who serve.
Friendly, compassionate and outgoing volunteers are wanted to greet patients, family members and assisting family members with patient tracker board. They must have great compassion and comfort skills to assist the families as they spend time in the waiting room.
Requires standing, walking, sitting and great communication skills. Must volunteer for one 4 hours shift per week.
Training and background check required at agency expense. Must be 18+
Hours: Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
