Join Stockton Service Corps, Dome of Hope Organization, AmeriCorps programs across California, and the National Service Community for a day of service to honor Cesar Chavez and his legacy. We'll be supporting Dome of Hope in preparing their space for their youth programming. We'll also be providing lunch for volunteers.
During our service day, volunteers will be able to support with:
- Administrative support (copying, making folders, organizing)
- Painting - including possibly a mural
- Cleaning & Sanitizing
- Setting up classrooms and student stations
- Moving boxes & supplies
- Gardening & landscaping
Dome of Hope's mission is to teach independence and interdependence through a balanced lifestyle of E.T.T.A. (Education, Technology, Trade, and Arts). Their vision is to transform communities and individuals to create a cohesive and sustainable environment.
