We are a membership organization of about 120 people who want to age well, together, in community with each other. Our members need frequent assistance with their tech: computers, phones, modems, etc. That can be done over the phone or in person--often the latter. Our members live in Central Seattle, including Queen Anne to the west and Seward Park and Columbia City to the south.
We've had a single devoted volunteer for the past 5 years and we are losing her but she is available for training a new person or persons.

Mission Statement
Wider Horizons' mission is to enable older residents of Central Seattle to participate in an intergenerational community that shares knowledge, experience and services with each other so living is easier and more joyful.
Description
Wider Horizons does this by providing, vetting, and recommending resources to adults so they can remain in their own homes for as along as they choose. We offer members a harmonious blend of health and in-home services, shared social and cultural activities, and community engagement--all designed to foster belonging, security and contribution.
