Living with terminal illness is full of uncertainty. Be a friend to someone at the end of life. As a volunteer with Care Initiatives Hospice, you’ll bring presence and companionship to patients and families in homes and long term care near you.
18+ Preferred. Two hour training and background check required.
Volunteer 1-3 times a month for 30 minutes. Serve where you live at locations near you.

Description
Our hospice caregivers meet you where you are, coming to your home, a long-term care center, assisted living residence or hospital to administer compassionate hospice care. Our approach addresses the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those facing life-limiting illness for themselves and their families. We work closely with family members and caregivers to respect the wishes and needs of our patients and their loved ones.
