Residential Counselor Assistants help an energetic, team-oriented staff at the front desk of our residential drug and alcohol treatment center. You will Interact with and mentor clients, assist with problem-solving situations, answer phones, check clients in and out of the center, and general clerical tasks.

Women’s Residential Center is substance use disorder treatment center that serves adult women. The Center provides holistic, trauma informed, evidence-based inpatient treatment, continuing care services and transitional housing to women who are experiencing substance use or mental health issues and a variety of serious and unique life challenges. The program allows young children to reside with their mothers while in treatment at the center.

SHIFTS: Monday - Friday 9:00-1:00, 1:00-4:00 or 4:00-9:00

Qualifications:

  • Learn quickly and follow detailed policies and procedures
  • Able to function with minimal on-site supervision.
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately
  • Able to provide conflict resolution
  • Able to serve as an appropriate role model
  • Able to function as part of a team
  • Experience and/or interest in criminal justice and/or addictions treatment a plus.
