3 acres , 200 trees, 50 shrubs in Spring 2023
75 trees, 25 shrubs in fall 2023
Along Black Ditch, a tributary of Mill Creek in Levittown, Bristol Township PA we are installing a riparian buffer to help lessen storm water. We will be removing invasive shrubs then planting native trees and native berrying shrubs to spread the good native plants by feeding birds.

To provide positive things to do in the community by pursuing grant funding and donations, to provide volunteers with opportunities to cleanup, beautify, and restore native habitat, lessen flooding and establish nature trails for the public in their community.
Description
Excel Events provides positive things to do in Bucks County, PA. We organize volunteer events and pursue grant funding for our community. From erosion control, to helping lessen flood water through planting native trees and shrubs in riparian buffers to reforestation and best management practices, Excel Events is a nonprofit solution for empowering people to participate in positive projects in their communities.
When you volunteer with Excel Events you will learn how to identify and remove invasive plants, learn native forest and then manage a forest from PHS advanced tenders. Learn about new, policies, laws and initiatives that help steward our environment. Learn about our local watershed and best management practices developed by per reviewed research at Penn State extension from Master Watershed Stewards.
