Are you looking for ways to give back to your community and support families in need?
Friendly Center offers an incredible opportunity to make a positive impact through its food distribution program, helping low-income families.
As a volunteer, you'll assist with setting up tables, canopies, and donated food, as well as distributing both perishable and non-perishable items to clients. This role requires standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and light lifting.
This is a great chance to engage with the families we serve and see firsthand the difference you're making in the community.
The event takes place outdoors.
Volunteers must be at least 14 years old to participate.

Description
WHO WE ARE:
Friendly Center has been helping less-fortunate children and their families move toward self-sufficiency for 95 years. This is done through over 20 programs and services. We provide life-changing assistance to more than 1,000 families each year.
WHAT WE DO:
We help the entire family with programs in education, food support, and mental health services. Our goal is to meet the needs a family may face, get them back on their feet, and prevent the cycle from continuing to the next generation.
