Are you passionate about creating joyful learning experiences for kids? Do you enjoy being a part of a vibrant community that fosters curiosity and imagination? If so, we invite you to join us at the Schoolhouse Children's Museum as Volunteer!
About Us:
The Schoolhouse Children's Museum is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing an interactive and educational space for children. Our mission is to inspire and engage children and families to explore, play, learn and discover through creative, interactive learning opportunities that integrate the arts, humanities and sciences in cultural and historical settings.
Volunteer Role:
As a Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our tiny guests. Your responsibilities might include:
- Tidying up exhibits
- Engaging children in play activities
- Assisting with craft preparation
- Cleaning and other miscellaneous tasks
- Assiting with classes
Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals who:
- Love working with children
- Have a passion for inspiring young minds
- Are reliable and enthusiastic
- Can commit to a regular schedule

The Schoolhouse Children's Museum & Learning Center strives to engage young children in playful discovery through hands-on, interactive, learning that integrates the arts, humanities and sciences in a historical setting.
Description
Schoolhouse Children's Museum and Learning Center
Children will embrace life long learning through the joy of discovery, ex periencing South Florida's history through two floors of hands-on, interactive exhibits. Through free weekly programs, affordable education classes including S.T.E.A.M. based classes and fun activities, children will be exposed to history, art, music, the sciences and more!
The Museum is a highly interactive experience. We encourage parents, grandparents, and caregivers to join in activities and exhibitions with their children.
