Harry Potter themed clothing and costumes are encouraged, but not required.
Event Description: Join us for a deep dive into how the real science from our world parallels the magic from Harry Potter! Attend the classes on your schedule, such as Potions and Herbology, to learn cool science facts and tricks! Stop by the Owlery to learn about our feathered friends with the help of the Carolina Raptor Center. A planetarium show, Skies Over Hogwarts, will feature stars and constellations that share traits with Harry Potter characters.
Volunteers are needed to assist with activities and crafts.

Description
The Culture & Heritage Museums is a family of museums in York County, SC, which includes Historic Brattonsville, the McCelvey Center, the Museum of York County and the Main Street Children's Museum in Old Town Rock Hill.
Historic Brattonsville presents the history of the Scots-Irish and African-Americans in the South Carolina upcountry largely through preserving and interpreting the story of the Bratton community from the 1760s to the late 19th century. Experience living history, including the African American story, at this 775-acre Revolutionary War site. Explore the Bratton Plantation, owned and lived on by three generations of the Bratton family.
Explore the Carolina Piedmont and its connections to the world at the Museum of York County! Our Naturalist Center has more than 2000 specimens to guide your learning adventures. We have a state of the art digital planetarium. We offer award-winning exhibitions and programs on a variety of natural history topics.
