Team PHenomenal Hope is a pulmonary hypertension patient advocacy organization like no other! Our goal is to improve the quality of life for those affected by all forms of PH. We aim to remove patients from isolation, providing hope, and meeting their unmet needs. We fund medical research into improved treatments or a cure. Pulmonary Hypertension is a rare disease with no known cure that, in some cases, is a terminal diagnosis. It is a serious illness that becomes progressively worse and can be fatal. Although it is not curable at this time, treatments are available that can help lessen symptoms and improve quality of life.

We're looking for a creative and talented individual to help us create engaging social media graphics and gifs and promotional flyers and posters. We need your help to design clear, engaging graphic communications for print and the web. This may include logos, direct mail pieces, branded promotional items, website and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials as needed. Must have the ability to work independently and in partnership with our small team team.
