Are you an expert in wildland fire prevention, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing communities at risk of catastrophic wildfires? Do you have a passion for protecting people, property, and the environment from the devastating effects of these events? If so, we invite you to join the CrowdDoing Catastrophic Wildfire Prevention Subject Matter Expert team!

As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Catastrophic Wildfire Prevention Alliance and to develop and implement strategies for reducing the risk of catastrophic wildfires in California. Your expertise and experience in wildland fire prevention will be invaluable as we research and evaluate the efficacy of different interventions, assess the impact potential of combinations of interventions, and test and evaluate interventions in real-world scenarios.

This is a virtual volunteer role that allows you to contribute your skills and expertise from anywhere, at a schedule that works for you. We welcome subject matter experts from all walks of life and from around the world, and we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive team.
