Role Description

This is a volunteer role for a Volunteer Manager. The Volunteer Manager will be responsible for day-to-day volunteer management tasks. This includes recruiting and training volunteers, coordinating volunteer schedules, and managing volunteer engagement. The role is located in the San Francisco Bay Area but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Experience in volunteer management and coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the arts or cultural sector is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in word processing and other relevant office administration software
