On December 20, 2022, we will host our first annual Giving the Gift of Warmth Coat Drive. This event will benefit the incredible students at Libby Elementary & Middle School in the Back of the Yards/Englewood area, now known as the New City area. The school comprises black and brown kids, and eighty percent of the school's population is low-income. We all understand the impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on communities. Communities of color have been disproportionately affected. As part of our Coat Drive, we hope to give families something to look forward to and one less item they will have to scrape up their
pocketbooks for. We aim to empower 100 middle school students with brand new coats through the Giving the Gift of Warmth Coat Drive event. Specifically, we are targeting coats in adult sizes, small to large.
We are currently working tirelessly to ensure the success of this initiative. However, the reality is that we can't do this alone!
Can our students count on you to help keep them safe and warm this winter?

Mission Statement
Our Mission: Life Without Limitations is committed to making a significant and bold impact on vulnerable young people, delivering educational services catered towards like skills and youth development programming to reduce adverse outcomes.
Description
Life Without Limitations NFP, Inc was established in 2019; however, the idea and framework for the organization began earlier in 2013. We fulfilled independent contractor contracts for social service and juvenile justice programs in the Midwest region. Life Without Limitations is now a recognized 501(c)(3) organization. Life Without Limitations aims to reduce adverse outcomes for vulnerable young people, focusing on at-risk youth from 11 - 17 years of age. In 2020 LWL established a partnership with the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice, providing our programs to the youth detained at multiple facilities. In our first year of fundraising, we raised $7000.00 on givingtuesday and through our popcorn popup shop event for 2021. This year, LWL is looking to establish partnerships with CPS and neighboring school districts to reach more youth.
