ORGANIZATION: M4A Foundation - CrowdDoing

CrowdDoing is a joint initiative of Reframe It Inc. and Match4Action Foundation that is focused on helping address the UN Sustainable Development Goals and beyond through micro-leadership, massively multi-disciplinary collaboration, and service-learning to support social innovation and social enterprise to achieve systemic change.

CrowdDoing works in sustainability, anti-poverty, public health, education, and research. We approach each collective challenge through the lens of operating leverage for systems change via social innovation. This allows us to identify different under-utilized capacities that could make addressing problems in our society more feasible in the future. At CrowdDoing, each of us adopts a dimension of a larger challenge.

We include broad participation by micro-leaders in systemic change through specific social innovations that we can build together.

We are looking for Microsoft 365 administrator who will Office 365 administrators who are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Office 365 within their organization. This may include things like adding new users, creating groups, setting permissions, troubleshooting issues, etc.

Responsibilities:
1.Monitoring usage patterns and usage rates to ensure that Volunteers are using the system efficiently and effectively
2.Maintaining security by monitoring the system for potential vulnerabilities, identifying risks, and taking action to mitigate them
3.Troubleshooting technical issues such as email delivery failures or authentication problems
4.Managing the deployment of new features or functionality after they have been tested in a staging environment
5.Providing training to users on how to use Office 365 effectively
6.Addressing user requests for assistance with issues pertaining to their accounts, including password resets and help with downloading emails
7.Creating reports about the usage of Office 365 and identifying potential areas for improvement based on the data collected
8.Providing support for mobile devices that use Office 365, including Android phones and iPhones
9.Troubleshooting problems with hardware or software that is used in conjunction with Office 365

Requirements:
1.General knowledge of application lifecycle related to Office 365.
2.Experience with SharePoint Online including site creation, permissions, document management, etc.
3.Experience with all Office 365 applications:
-Calendars
-OneDrive
-Teams
-Outlook
-Admin Center
4.Basic understanding of cloud solutions.
5.Basic understanding of HTML or similar code.
6.Able to effectively operate in a multi-tasking environment.
7.Able to understand user requirements and provide appropriate recommendations or solution.
8.Possess strong interpersonal, troubleshooting and communication skills in a professional and effective manner.
9.Self-starter, uses an effective thought process\methodology to determine priorities, set goals and create a plan for completing a project\task.
10. Minimum 5hrs per week is required
