Our programs cannot function without the generosity of our volunteers! Each adaptive riding client needs 1-3 volunteers in order to participate in the lesson. If we do not have volunteers to support the client, he/she is unable to ride. We need someone to lead the horse and check on its well being throughout the ride, as well as up to 2 side walkers to make sure the client remains secure and safe in the saddle during the lesson. If this is an opportunity that interests you, please attend our Volunteer Orientation offered the first Saturday of every month to find out more! No prior horse experience is required - all are welcome!
