A Clinic Office Volunteers' role give you an opportunity to just that! They assist clinics and wards with clerical duties and special projects to enhance the positive customer experience for Veterans receiving services at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center.
Volunteers will assist with a variety of office duties including
- Greeting and checking Veterans in as they arrive to the Clinic.
- Checking Veterans out after their appointment.
- General office duties
We are seeking clinic office Volunteers who have excellent customer service skills, good communication and listening skills, and an ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. Individuals in this role are organized, a multi-tasker, reliable and dependable. Computer knowledge and experience, and multi-line telephone system knowledge and experience are preferred.
A resume is not required but can be submitted before or during the initial new volunteer appointment with CDCE.

- 12:00 PM to 04:00 PM CST - FULL
