Texas Litter Control Resale Shop
Volunteers are needed to provide assistance in the shop in areas such as processing clothing and furniture donations, pricing items, testing electronics, displaying and organizing merchandise and greeting and assisting customers. Help is needed Tuesday - Sunday. The sales of merchandise support TLC's life saving programs like Help Me Keep My Pet to keep pets in homes and out of shelters. Volunteers will preferably be available a minimum of once a week for 3-6 or more hours.
Texas Litter Control is a non-profit public charity that exists to lower the number of animals entering our local shelters. Proceeds from the sale of donations go to fund life-saving programs including HelpMeKeepMyPet.com, Red Cross Fire Victims with Pets, Pet Food Pantry, TLCEducationStation.org and more!
This is available to people over the age of 18.

Mission Statement
Texas Litter Control is a high quality, low cost spay/neuter/wellness clinic and adoption center for companion animals. Our mission is to eliminate the suffering of companion pets by preventing unwanted litters of animals entering into shelters in Harris, Montgomery and surrounding counties in Texas by: a.) educating the public on the importance of spaying/neutering and proper pet healthcare; b.) providing a low cost solution available to the general public for spay and neuter; c.) providing adoption options for fully vetted pets to the public; and d.) mentoring other animal welfare groups to open clinics in other under serviced areas. Texas Litter Control is a Texas Nonprofit Corporation. Texas Litter Control is a 501(c)3 Tax-exempt organization. All donations are deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
Description
Texas Litter Control provides high quality, low cost spay/neuter and wellness services to the public. TLC has multiple cat adoption outlets to place companion animals into loving homes. TLC supports a neonate kitten program.
