Moments Hospice is a Medicare Certified Hospice Agency serving many communities in Minnesota and Wisconsin, as well as Chicago Illinois, Sioux Falls South Dakota, and Miami Florida. We are focused on creating individual plans of care because every patient and family is unique. Moments Hospice is committed to honoring patient’s and family’s wishes during the end-of-life process. Moments Hospice is looking for volunteers to join our team and help spread the word to recruit volunteers! We are looking for volunteers who will go to civic groups, colleges/universities, job/volunteer fairs, etc. to recruit volunteers in their local communities. The Ambassador Volunteer should be comfortable with public speaking.
