As a Multi-Media Learning Developer within our Christian non-profit organization, your mission is to create engaging and impactful learning experiences that align with our faith-based values. You’ll leverage multimedia tools and technologies to enhance education, discipleship, and spiritual growth.

In this role, you will:

1. Design and Develop Learning Content:

   • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content requirements.
   • Create multimedia assets, including videos, interactive assessments, and written materials.
   • Utilize design software (such as Photoshop, InDesign) and multimedia design tools (including HTML and CSS) to enhance the learning experience.

2. Social Media Integration:

   • Integrate multimedia content into our social media platforms to reach a wider audience.
   • Develop engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, aligning with our Christian message.

3. Course Development:

   • Organize and maintain schedules to ensure a steady workflow of course development.
   • Collaborate with other team members to create comprehensive e-learning courses.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and alignment of multimedia content with our Christian values.
   • Conduct quality checks to verify functionality and usability.

5. Spiritual Impact:

   • Understand the spiritual impact of your work-how it contributes to discipleship, biblical understanding, and personal growth.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Passion for Christian Education: A deep commitment to our faith-based mission.
• Multimedia Proficiency: Familiarity with multimedia tools, video editing, graphic design, and e-learning platforms.
• Creativity: Ability to convey complex concepts through engaging multimedia content.
• Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with other team members and subject matter experts.

While formal experience is valuable, we value a heart aligned with our Christian mission. Relevant experience may include:

• Graphic Design: At least 2 years of experience in graphic design or multimedia design.
• E-Learning Tools: Familiarity with tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
