Patient Ambassadors report to various patient units and actively listen to any concern or issues patients may have. Obtain knowledge of healthcare operations as well as learn the medical terminology of each unit, which allows you to apply this experience to your medical career. Build relationships with Physicians and Nurses as you provide crucial information you receive from patients. The Patient Ambassador program is an enriching program which allows individuals to acquire skillful healthcare experiences between patients and the multidisciplinary team.
